One day Adam de Boinod, reading an Albanian dictionary, was surprised to find that there were more than 20 definitions for eyebrows and mustaches. Curiosity soon became passion, making him a consumer of foreign language dictionaries.
In 2005, he released the book "Tingo: The Irresistible Almanac of Words We Don't Have, " a compilation of the most curious words spoken in a single language. Meet some of them:
