3 little buttons on your body that can help cure insomnia

Acupressure is a Chinese medical technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on your body to relieve troublesome symptoms. It is similar to acupuncture, with the advantage that you can do it at home with your own hands and without much in-depth study of it. Just know the correct points for each case.

1st point: LV3

This is a very important point in your body and it can bring a lot of benefits. Pressing it is like taking a natural tranquilizer as it relaxes your body. It can serve as much for insomnia as for anxiety, anger and irritation. It is also good for relieving nausea, vomiting, headaches and even thrush!

The LV3 is located on the top of your foot, between the big toe and the second toe. To operate, apply pressure for about 5 seconds. Check out the exact location:

2nd point: P6

Located on the forearm, between the tendons and approximately 3 fingers away from the wrist, is point P6, which assists in insomnia problems. You must press it for 5 minutes before bed.

In addition, P6 relieves numbness and tingling in the arms and hands if it is the result of a pinched nerve, and aids in treating asthma. It is also good for heart problems such as palpitations, and gastric problems such as feeling sick and aching.

3rd point: K1

Under the foot, in the middle of the line separating the sole from the "pads", is located the point K1, which should be pressed for 30 seconds, then released for 5 seconds and pressed for another 30 seconds. This will help you have a more peaceful night's sleep.

This point also helps with chronic sore throat, dry mouth, lower back pain, palpitation, night sweats, poor memory, epilepsy, hypertension and ringing in the ear. That is, K1, also called KD1, is a multifunctional point!
