Artist creates life-size elephant origami using just one sheet

Chances are you've tried origami once in your life, right? But as much as you have a foot in Japanese culture or are really dedicated, it's not anyone who succeeds in the art of shaping a sheet of paper.

The images you will see below show the result of the incredible work done by artist Sipho Mabona, a guy who is simply in love with origami. The truth is that, for Mabona, origami is a serious matter and object of work.

One of the artist 's most recent works was precisely an origami elephant made from just one piece of paper - detail: full size! The piece is three meters high, and to build it, Mabona had the help of ten people in a work that lasted four weeks. The sheet he used was 15 meters on each side, just to give you an idea of ​​how big it was.
