Giant ass is a finalist in one of the most coveted modern art awards

The sculpture “Project of Door”, free translation of the work “Project for Door”, by British artist Anthea Hamilton, is one of the 4 finalists for this year's coveted Turner Award.

The Turner Prize was created in 1984 and honors UK under-50s who have controversial and controversial views on contemporary art.

Anthea's work was inspired by the proposal of Italian designer Gaetano Pesce who, in the 1970s, wanted to create a gigantic butt to serve as a gateway to a New York building - something that never came to fruition.

Another finalist for this year's Turner Award, whose winner will be announced in December, is artist Michael Dean, with his work “Sic Glyphs”, made entirely from industrial materials.

Next to Dean's metal pieces are pennies totaling £ 20, 436 - the minimum amount of money the British government finds necessary for a family of two adults and two children to survive for one year.

Josephine Pryde's “Time Laps for the Person I Am” is another award-winning installation and consists only of a miniature train

The train doesn't move, but you can take pictures sitting on it

Helen Marten's “Night-blooming genera” is the last of the Turner Award finalists
