Canton - Summer 2013

Canton brought a more mature than usual collection, inspired by letters, books, stamps and typographers. The pieces are light, feminine and comfortable and most looks blend fine fabrics with more rustic ones. The menu has pastel colors, which are sure for next summer, blues, yellows, beige, orange, turquoise and klein blue.

Letters and numbers appear embroidered or printed on the pieces. Crystals and ethnic, floral and graphic prints also share the space. The fabrics range from fine knitting, cotton, organza, linen gauze, satin, and thicker, more rustic knitting. The technological touch also emerged in resin treatments that gave the pieces plastic effect.

Lanza Mazza has bet on high-waisted trousers, shirts, tailored dresses, blazers, salopete dresses, overalls, monkeys, trench coats, chemisier, sports shorts and shirts. Tailoring is deconstructed, and mullet skirts and transparencies are not left out.
Necklaces are layered, referring to book pages, sandals are made of tressé nude leather, and letters hang from dresses as accessories.
