Airplane Food: What Changes Between 1st Class Food and Economy Food?
Everyone who faces long plane rides in the good old economy class dreams of one day being able to travel 1st Class or on Business. After all, the comfort is much greater - as is the value of the tickets! - and besides the passengers receive pampering and nice, there is also the issue of meals. Because, let's agree, right? It's hard to come across decent food in the Economy.
Anyway, the folks at the BuzzFeed site have done some research and gathered a long list of examples of what various airlines serve on board for travelers in different classes, and we at Mega Curioso have selected some comparisons for you to check out. Flying from Toronto Pearson Airport to Tokyo Haneda Airport for 13 hours with Air Canada allows me to try out their food they served included with the flight. I had the chicken with potatoes option and I have to say that it was impressive compared to many other meals I've had while flying. One thing they could improve on is the brownie which I sampled. As we all know airlines are notorious for bad in flight complimentary meals but Air Canada did a good job with this in flight meal. Also, thanks for having direct flights from Toronto to Tokyo. That is why I'm flying with you.
