Meet the 100-year-old vine that enchants in a park in Japan

Wisteria are a species of creeper from Asia that draws attention because of their flowers: they have very vivid colors and hang in wonderful curls. In Japan, there is one of these vines that is approximately 150 years old and which attracts tourists mainly at this time of year.

The plant in question is in a park in Ashikaga City, 100 km from Tokyo, and produces flowering tunnels at the beginning of each May. Admission to the park, which also has other incredible plants, costs from 300 to 1.7 thousand yen ($ 9 to $ 50), depending on the time of year - the more flowery the more expensive.
