After having criticized clothes, woman went to work in costume

The American June J. Rivas claims to have been criticized by the boss recently. The reason? The way she dresses - apparently what bothered the boss was wearing a headscarf, as you can see in the first photo from the gallery below. After noticing his superior's misconduct, Rivas went after his rights and filed a formal complaint.

In what he described as bullying, Rivas pointed out that his admission contract makes it clear that there are no rules regarding employee attire. The response to the complaint came through a memorandum banning the use of hats, ties, scarves and "cultural props."

And cosplay? Is it forbidden too?
