Designer creates concept planes inspired by living things

Al Brady's conceptual creations are, to say the least, impressive. While your Tumblr brings all sorts of designs - including that of an “Old Friend” - its biologically inspired aircraft are particularly dazzling.

“Welcome to my Tumblr, my name is Al Brady and I am a designer in the UK, ” it says on the designer page. “I work for game companies as a concept artist, but I like to paint all sorts of things as a hobby.” Among the creations, in fact, is a certain pterodactyl, designed to be part of the fantastic vehicle roster of “Is This Heaven”., by director Bastiaan Koch (illustration that opens this text).
