These photos of a woman and her 5 poisonous spiders will terrify you

It's not hard to find people who post photos next to their favorite animals, but a woman named Lisa Van Kula Donovan has been taking that kind of photo a bit more boldly, so to speak. Today Lisa lives in Australia, a country also known for its variety of spider species.

What for many is a sign of panic, for Lisa is synonymous with joy - yes: spiders are this girl's favorite pets. At her house, there are five spiders that live with Lisa and her children daily. Giant arachnids are of the species Nephila, Isopedella and Holconia immanis.

The largest of the spiders is called Mr Cuddles, and measures intimidating 16 cm. Detail: We're talking about poisonous spider species, and Lisa is keen to let the eight-legged animals wander over her face. Courage is short, huh?

Lisa's passion for spiders began when she moved to Australia eight years ago, although she claims to have memories of before moving to the country, memories of a time when she was delighted to see the behavior of arachnids.

In your home there is a room dedicated only to your pet spiders. The animals stay in nurseries and feed on cockroaches, larvae and crickets. According to her, neither animal has ever committed any kind of attack on anyone in the family - yet it has been bitten by a spider before.

Remember that Lisa is an entomologist and therefore works studying insects and has the necessary knowledge to deal with this type of animal. Anyway, what do you think about this intense approach to venomous animals? Would you dare to let one of these pets walk your face?
