Impressive: Skiers get stuck on cable car during storm

It is not only North America that has been heavily hit by snowfall and intense cold waves in recent days. Europe is also experiencing freezing temperatures and blistering snowstorms this winter - just like the one you can see in the stunning video you will see later.

According to the folks at Twisted Sifter, the clip was recently shared on Facebook by the Ski Club of Great Britain and shows what happened to some unlucky skiers who were hanging on a cable car in Austria when they were caught in a storm. Watch - and imagine yourself in the place of the poor poor! Check out:

The incident was reported last week at a winter resort in the Silvretta mountain range, which is part of the Eastern Central Alps, spanning Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Liechtenstein. The meteorological phenomenon in question that caught the skiers was the Eleanor winter storm - which is freezing several regions in northern Europe and luckily no one was hurt by the frightening experience.

However, seeing the way the poor guys on the cable car during the storm had swung to and fro, it's not too much to imagine that more than one got sick up there - or even blurred with fear (literally! ). And you, dear reader, how do you think you would react if you had a similar situation?
