Mother and Daughters: The Secret of Taiwanese Who Look Young All Their Life

When it comes to aging, one of the biggest concerns about aging is about appearance - and the number of anti-aging treatments on the market doesn't let us lie. The women you will meet now, however, never seem to grow old, and you will be glad to know that their secret is simpler than any cosmetic treatment.

It all started with interior designer and fashion blogger Lure Hsu, a Taiwanese woman who surprised her followers by revealing that she was 41 years old. In her family, however, she's not the only one to look much younger - sisters Sharon and Fayfay, who are respectively 36 and 40, seem to be teenagers as well. To make things better, there's more: the girls' mothers, a retired dancer today, can impersonate their sister even though she's 63 years old.

The women in Lure's family, because of their extremely young looks, are now called “Ice Age Family” by the Taiwanese media. Sought by the press of their country, they talked about what they believe to be the reason for such cheerfulness: drinking water and eating vegetables.

Lure also said that it is essential to keep the skin hydrated, that this would be a way to not worry about aging and wrinkles. Fayfay has revealed another of her great secrets: having a glass of warm water every morning, a habit she says she has kept for over a decade. See the pictures:
