Improve your performance by reviewing your appointments

At the beginning of the week - or even month - it is easy to start a very large and full to-do list. But tell the truth: most of the time, you can't complete even half of what was programmed.

To improve this situation, you simply must rewrite your entire list. Start with the commitments you can make on the same day and then the ones you might make. Then, evaluate well what you really want (or need) to do and finish by placing tasks that have no deadline to complete.

Whenever you do this, it will be easier to re-evaluate your priorities and what is really needed for your routine. It may seem boring to start doing the whole list again, but since you already know a lot of what is written, the process will be much easier.
