Musicians and the like in the 2014 Elections

The electronic ballot boxes are really a box of surprises. In fact, a box of musical surprises, depending on the selection made. Gazeta do Povo newspaper, for example, recently appeared with a gathering of musician and related candidates.

There is everything: from famous figures such as Aguinaldo Timóteo, Sérgio Reis and Sula Miranda to retirees like the pagodairo “Gibi”, from the Originais do Samba group. But there is also a whole detachment of covers, including a Tupiniquim version of Elvis Presley and, of course, Michael Jackson.

The Xororó, you see, looks like a somewhat more “scared” version of the original - while the “Mick Jagger” could well form a backcountry duo, judging by the outfit and the stylish haircut.

The “Funk and Similar” category includes a certain “Funk Grandpa”, as well as “Adriano Gospel Funk” and one of the “Fruit” families, the “Woman Pear”. Check out the images below.
