The most phenomenal and creative playgrounds in the world

The Danish company Monstrum is responsible for some of the most creative playgrounds in the world. With extensive experience in setting plays, the company brings to the squares a bit of drama and imagination, creating structures for children to enjoy and adults to delight.

Among his creations are scenes of a giant robot, insect attack, an octopus-shaped slide, wrecked ships, castles and irregularly shaped towers, and even a man buried only with his head out of the ground.

Monstrum has several spaces already built around the world, each with its own style and design. Most projects, however, are in the company's local city - which should put Copenhagen on its next tourist route.

Below is a selection of images of 15 playgrounds built by Monstrum.
