The delicacies prepared by this confectioner look like a succulent garden
We at Mega Curioso already share here a multitude of simply amazing delicacies created by very talented confectioners. And it has for all tastes! From cakes that look like fuzzy beanbags, including geek-themed creations, others that look like works of architecture, and even sweets that would easily pass through sculptures.
Succulent garden
Well, today we're going to share with you - and stoke your worms with - the cupcake cakes from US confectioner Leslie Vigil. According to Kate Sierzputowski of Colossal, Leslie, who should have done well in the oven and stove arts, has always been a fan of little plants, especially succulents. Then one day she came up with the idea of combining business with pleasure and creating edible toppings for her garden-like candy. Look:

As you will see from the selection below, Leslie has developed an incredible talent for faithfully reproducing a variety of cacti and other seedlings - all using traditional icing nozzles, food pigments and buttercream, a cream made from butter, egg whites, sugar and vanilla. The result is super cute and colorful. Look:
