It was close! With incredible leap, seal escapes white shark [video]

There are many cases of videos and news with sea animals, especially sharks, that go viral on the internet. Last week we talked about a tiger shark over 5 meters long that just caught after snapping another hammer-like shark. Cases of shark attacks on people, such as surfer Mick Fanning, and other animals, such as the seal that escaped the attack by balancing on the predator's muzzle, were also successful on the nets. Now another video (top) is gaining more and more fame on the internet.

Just a week ago, the recording of an unsuccessful shark attack on a seal already has over 2.1 million views on YouTube. The video was shot on the shore of a Cape Cod beach in Massachusetts, United States, and begins by showing the rough seas from inside a boat when a seal leaps high out of the writhing water, and behind is a huge White shark in attack. The maneuver was so agile that it ensured that the prey came out alive.

The video was made by dr. Greg Skomal of the Massachusetts Marine Fishermen Division was posted on the Atlantic White Shark Conservation Company channel. Skomal was with an organization team on mission to register sharks that appeared on the coast to monitor their actions and location. On the same day, another 3.6-meter shark such as the recording shark had already been spotted in the Cape Cod region.
