Pilot circles Mount Fuji with his jetpack

If you are one of those people who have always wanted to fly not in totally closed planes, but as freely as possible, you will surely get a little jealous of Yves Rossy's feat. The well-known jetpack rider made nine laps around Mt. Fuji in Japan with his “home-made wings” at a speed of about 300 km / h.

Rossy jumped from a helicopter below the cloud line when the best-known Japanese mountain could not yet be seen. Shortly thereafter, when he was able to put the equipment to fly, he went to Fuji. “I came from behind the clouds, with Mount Fuji hidden, and when I crossed it, it was like a window opening and I was here, ” commented the pilot.

Rossy's jetpack was made by himself and has a set of four mini-turbines. The equipment is controlled by commands stuck in your hands. According to the BBC, Rossy's latest public flights were on the Grand Canyon in the US and the English Channel between England and France.
