Planet of the Apes: Confrontation wins new poster and promotional video

A few days ago, we posted behind-the-scenes photos of the Planet of the Apes: Clash sequel to the 2011 feature film starring James Franco. Now Fox has released a new poster and promotional video with unpublished scenes of this sequel.

Planet of the Apes: The Confrontation takes place eight years after the saga's first film, in a scenario of destruction in which a growing nation of Caesar-led genetically evolved monkeys threatens humans who survived the devastating virus released in the past decade. They live a brief period of peace, but the impending war must decide which species will emerge dominant from Earth.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on July 11 in the United States, and is scheduled for release on the 24th of the same month here in Brazil.
