Powerful at Christmas

Taking advantage of one of the big hits of 2011, the red lips, TodaEla will teach you how to make a super sophisticated and powerful make-up to shine on Christmas Eve. Perfect for all ages, skin tones, looks and party types, this makeup is relatively simple to make, requiring a very basic kit. However, like every chic look, you need patience for flawless, flawless execution so you don't look sloppy.

Remembering that this make can still be used in many other situations, and for those who want to break the classic look, a more fashion and cool look can fit very well with it. Inspired by the divas of the 1940s, the bet is on perfect and well-finished skin, powerful red lips and a killer eyeliner. With this combination, there is no Santa Claus who can resist.

Step by step:

  • Before you start your makeup, you must first prepare the skin. A sophisticated make needs careful attention to the smallest details so as not to look bad. So, remove the excess of your eyebrow leaving it well designed and defined and apply your usual facial moisturizer or sunscreen;
  • The skin of this make needs to be perfect so we opted for a thicker, heavier stick base. Apply directly to skin and spread well with a brush;

  • After the stick base we will still pass a liquid HD base to make the skin more structured, as well as the doll aspect. Do not forget the eyelids, ears, neck, lips and lap;

  • Then use a looser easy powder all over the face to increase makeup fixation and disguise any possible skin oils;

  • In this makeup we will not use color blush, only correction. Then apply the correction blush to the ear line, going toward your chin and lower lip. Take the opportunity to smudge at the root of your hair to make your face project forward, and at the corners of your nose to make it thinner and longer;

  • Choose a very natural skin tone and apply to the entire eyelid. Start close to the lashes and rise to the eyebrows, decreasing in intensity as you go up.

  • With that same shadow, smear the root of the lower lashes;

  • Now is the time to apply the eyeliner. This time we have a new tip for you to better hit the dash. Start at the lower lashes, following their line and acting like a kitten. This stroke defines the end of your line, decreasing the chances of error and balancing both eyes;

  • Only after that, make the upper stroke, starting at the inner part of the eyes and following to the stroke already made. The wider eyeliner features are super high, so don't be afraid if they don't get thin;

  • If you smudge, use a cotton swab to clean up errors without panicking. You can still leverage the underside to fill in the space between it and the top, creating a corner at the end of the eyes and leaving them slightly almond shaped;

  • To prevent your eyeliner from smudging or melting at night, the trick is to apply black eyeshadow on it. This way, your fixation will be guaranteed;

  • With a soft, thin brush at the tip, you should shade the eye concave with a darker, opaque shadow by pulling it to brown or even graphite. Start by smudging from the inner corner of your eyes and shrinking as you approach the outside. The stroke does not end at the end of the concave, by the middle of the eyelid it should be lightening, until it dies;

  • Smear the lower outer corner of the eyelashes, where began the trace with eyeliner, with a black shadow;

  • For a good finish, use a brown eyeshadow to smudge the entire root of the lower lashes;

  • Comb your eyebrows and use a brown eye shadow of your own to give more definition and disguise possible flaws;

  • Be generous in the eyelash mask and apply at least four layers;

  • Lips begin by contouring well with a red mouth pencil. Never apply red lipstick straight to the lips without outlining first, as the result will never be good;

  • We use a professional-looking red lipstick, those that stick in the mouth and don't come out at all. Apply lipstick patiently and carefully using a brush. Use several layers and fill lips well. Remember that the reds currently high are the most opaque and matte finish, no shine;

  • With this make up just complete with a good brush, basic black and you're ready to rock Christmas.
