Robot vacuum cleaner tries to "rip off the head" of its own

It was already predicted by Skynet from "The Terminator" that the day will come when the machines will rebel against their creators, who are us, human beings. Be it for your own behavior - who knows? - or malfunctioning, the revolution started a long time ago. The housewife you see in the image that opens this news was the victim of a robot vacuum cleaner (similar to the famous Roomba) who tried to rip his head off.

Exaggeration aside, Kyunghyang Shinmun reports that the 52-year-old woman would have called the fire department after her robotic vacuum cleaner jumped on her head and grabbed the victim by the hair tightly. The context of the whole action has not been clarified yet. How would a robot vacuum cleaner have the ability to jump at this point? Let's imagine the possible situation.

Recreating the possible situation

A short - and legless - robot like this wouldn't even have the ability to jump, at least in theory. Therefore, a possible context to imagine is that the housewife would be crouching, perhaps cleaning some corner, until the robot arrived, grabbed her and sucked her hair.

She, alone at home, reportedly dialed 119 (South Korea emergency number) with the section on her head, without necessarily being hurt or in pain, but “threatened”. The firefighters arrived at the scene and removed the robot from the victim's head - and still gave time for a naughty photo.

Meet Roomba, the “cousin” of this robot!

As mentioned in this news, there is a model with similar purposes, Roomba, which became famous after home videos posted on YouTube. Check out a cat dressed up as a shark on the device:

They even did a DJ Roomba version:

What would a robot programmed to do crazy things do?
