Russia wants to install a base on the moon by the year 2030

According to the Russian news agency TASS, internal sources in the space industry indicate that Russia is preparing to do something worthy of science fiction films: installing a base on the moon by the year 2030. Obviously, this is not going to be a job at all. easy to reach; soon, the project will consist of launching a total of six Angara-A5V heavy-duty rockets, which will be in charge of different parts of the process.

The first launch, for example, will be to put the landing complex in orbit, followed by a second, which will do the same with cryogenic thrusters. Already the third and fourth launches will put a manned ship and more fuel into orbit, while the other two flights must assemble the base and then bring the first expedition team into orbit.

As interesting as this project may seem, it is important to note that it may not start. It all depends on the Russian Federal Space Program putting the creation of new aircraft, structures and equipment needed to install the lunar base on its schedule for 2016-2025. It remains to be seen and seen.
