Neon Shadow

One of the promises of beauty for summer is the use of neon shade. But everyone knows that regardless of color, neon is quite risky and needs to be used with care. We have put together a simple make suggestion for those who want to try neon with their favorite color. Although we have opted for green, you can choose any color, keeping the rest of the makeup and adapting the combinations as you look best on your skin.

Step by step:

  • The first step of this makeup is as always prepare the skin. Choose a liquid foundation appropriate for your skin, and spread well with a brush, not forgetting places such as the lips, eyelids and ears;

  • Separate a shade of the chosen color, in our case green, without being neon. Give preference to more opaque and not too strong shadows;

  • With this shadow you will outline the eyelid, marking the concave and ending with a V in the outer corner of the eye;

  • Smear the outlined green so that it is not so marked;

  • Fill the center of the eyelid, inside the green shade, with a generous base layer. For this you can use your fingers;

  • Now is the time to abuse the neon. The goal is for the color to get really strong, so apply the shadow to the center of the eyelids. However, respect and do not exceed the previous outline. Keep the neon only on the moving eyelid;

  • With a black shadow you should outline the lighter green, marking the concave eyes and ending with the V on the outside;

  • Smoke the black well so that it is not too marked;

  • Also use black to outline the lower eyelid, with a very close lash line;

  • Apply multiple layers of eyelash mask to lengthen and give volume;

  • Choose a blush pulled to the peach and apply on the line between the ears and lips, marking the face, without emphasizing the apples too much;

  • Use the base to clean out possible smudges around the eyes;

  • Reapply the neon green shade to fortify a little more;

  • On the lips, just a transparent or nude gloss to not compete with the eyes;

  • And your make up with neon shadow is finished.
