Barbie fans already have a clear destination for their next vacation: Barbie Cafe, a newly opened establishment in Taiwan dedicated entirely to the American doll.

Located in the capital, Taipei, the Mattel-licensed space is equipped with pink armchairs, high-heeled tables and chairs decorated with ballerina skirts. Of course, employees wear a pink uniform that is made up of a T-shirt and a skirt with the doll's logo, complemented by bracelets and glittery tiaras.

“We chose Taiwan because the theme restaurants are so popular and successful here. We are confident that Barbie Cafe can promote the brand image, ”said Iggy Yip, senior manager of Mattel's China product division.

In addition to the goodies, the space will sell dolls, clothes, accessories and furniture - all inspired by the famous doll's universe. According to the Huffington Post, Mattel expects the establishment to attract consumers from China, Hong Kong and Japan.
