5 bloodthirsty crimes committed by gang members

Unfortunately, we live in a violent reality, and just watch the TV shows or check the police pages to find news about wars between rival criminal groups. But do not think that it is only here in Brazil that bloody attacks by gang members or criminal organizations occur.

As you can see from the following list of cases - selected from an article by Kent Tukeli from The Richest - there are plenty of wicked outlaws capable of terrible deeds. Look:

1 - Traitor stew

Luka Bojovic, Sretko “Butcher” Kalinic and Milan Jurisic, lunch

Imagine that you belong to a notoriously violent gang and one of your peers is known by the nickname "butcher". You wouldn't want to enrage this guy, would you? Because Milan Jurisic of the Clan Zemun - the Serbian Mafia responsible for the assassination of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic in 2003 - shouldn't have much love for life, as he thought it would be a good idea to steal money from his comrades.

Jurisic was discovered, and the duo Luka Bojovic and Sretko "Butcher" Kalinic killed the thief with a thud. Not content with that, they both skinned the corpse, removed the bones, passed the meat through a processor and made a stew - which was properly enjoyed during lunch. Bojovic and Kalinic even used Jurisic's skin to make a creepy mask.

2 - Gutted in public

In 2013, Mouse Shing, then-boss of "Wo Shing Wo" - one of the oldest branches of the Triad, a 16th century Chinese mega criminal organization - was leaving a hospital visit when he was attacked by two brutally masked men. murdered in broad daylight before a host of horrified witnesses.

Shing had sought medical help to treat injuries - caused in a previous attack - and upon leaving the hospital, was approached by two individuals with an ax and cleaver who struck him in the arms, back, legs and torso. According to witnesses, Shing's intestines were exposed, hanging out of his belly, and despite the doctors' attempts, the mobster did not resist and died shortly after.

3 - Losing the mind

It is no secret that the wars between Mexican gangs over drug control are frighteningly violent. For Acapulco became the scene of an abominable attack a few years ago, after teachers in about 130 primary schools refused to give in to threats from local cartel bosses.

Traffickers demanded that teachers pay half of their salaries to gangs or else they would suffer the consequences. And as they refused to surrender to the extortion, a box containing five heads was discovered near a school - along with a series of messages addressed to the governor of the Mexican state.

4 - Football fans?

Also in Mexico, the body of a boy named Hugo Hernandez was found cut into seven pieces on the streets of the city of Los Mochis in Sinaloa State. The young man's torso was uncovered in a box, while the poor guy's legs, arms and skull were abandoned elsewhere.

In fact, we refer specifically to the “skull” because Hugo's face was dissected and sewn over a soccer ball which, in turn, was left in a plastic bag near the town hall. The package containing the boy's face also carried a message of congratulation for the new year - which, of course, was the last of his life.

Hernandez, who was only 26 years old, was from Sonora - neighboring Sinaloa - and was kidnapped by drug dealers. No one is sure why he was brutally murdered, but the suspicion is that the young man had drug debts.

5 - Valentine's Day

The last crime on our list was in Chicago in 1929, and became notorious thanks to those involved - among them none other than Al Capone - and for being the worst mafia attack ever witnessed in the US.

Known as the “Valentine's Day Massacre, ” the event was committed for a number of reasons - such as weakening rival gangs and retaliating from previous attacks - and ended with the death of Peter Gusenberg, Frank Gusenberg, Albert Kachellek, Adam Heyer, Reinhart. Schwimmer, Albert Weinshank and John May.

The massacre was perpetrated by four men allegedly under Capone's command - two dressed in raincoats and the other two wearing police uniforms. They targeted Bugs Moran, boss of the North Side Gang, rival of the Italian-American gangster gang. However, they say that upon seeing the men in uniform, Moran fled quickly, narrowly escaping death.
