In fact, the main theme here is the jail - the place is called “The Lock-Up” and is in the basement of a building in Tokyo - and employees serve customers dressed in prisoners or in badly behaved police outfits. But in addition to the replica of a sensor-powered electric chair as someone approaches, the room has also been decorated with a good deal of terror.
