Batmobile: Warner brings together 5 versions of Batman's car [video]

With fans around the world, Batman is one of the most celebrated superheroes in the comic book universe. Present on the screens since the 1960s, the Batman saga has been told in many ways on TV and in the movies, and one of the most striking features has always been its custom vehicle, the Batmobile.

Warner released an excerpt from a show featuring five different models of the Batmobile. According to the site Cinema com Rapadura, the versions shown in the video are:

• from the series starring Adam West and Burt War;

• Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992), both directed by Tim Burton;

• from “Batman Forever” (1995) and “Batman & Robin” (1997), directed by Joel Schumacher;

• and Cris Nolan's success, “Batman Begins” (2005).

Those fascinated by the mighty ones who carried the Dark Knight through the streets of Gotham City in search of the most sordid villains do not wait to wait. The full video will be in the Blu-ray extras of “Batman: The Dark Knight Rises”. The movie, the final episode of the trilogy directed by Cristopher Nolan, hits the big screen on July 27 this year.
