Beer makes hair silky and shiny

Washing your hair with beer sounds like a drunken idea, but some say the practice is good. According to the cosmetics brand Truth in Aging, the natural ingredients of the drink help to nourish the hair. In addition to B-complex vitamins, the proteins found in malt and hops help restore damaged hair, while maltose and sucrose provide a greater shine.

Another effect of the "blonde" on the hair is the fact that it thickens the hair, thanks to the proteins that accumulate on them. Ideal for those who have too thin hair, beer can be a good alternative to hair tonics, since, moreover, solves two problems at once: volume and shine.

But calm down, don't go around spilling any beer on your head. The site advises people to use only the traditional ones made with hop flowers. Commercial beers usually have chemical components that should not be used on the body and should therefore be avoided.

However, some imported products that take advantage of beer properties are already available in the market to add more benefits to its use. So if you want more volume and more shine in your hair, you can turn to them. In addition, there are also some homemade recipes available on the internet, making it easier to produce "brewing shampoo".
