What would the sea be like if it were made of clouds?

Laurent Rosset is a photographer who, like many of us, likes to sit by the window of the plane to admire the clouds above and let her mind travel with every landscape.

Inspired by the idea that from the top of an airplane we see a true "sea of clouds, " she began to wonder what things would be like if the sea were actually made of clouds. From then on, the photographer began traveling with her camera in hand and recording the most different clouds she encountered along the way.

At home, Rosset decided to edit each image he captured and, with the help of Photoshop, managed to create surreal and simply enchanting landscapes of clouds that fit the sea and its waves. In the end, these are photos that make us embark on each trip and admire each scenery it creates - see:

“My process has been to combine elements drawn from different perspectives and mix them together. The combination had to be as subtle as it was striking. This way, the simple beauty behind each image, mixed with other images, can create a perspective complexity that makes people dream, ”said the photographer. Tell us what you think about her work!
