What would it be like if the characters in X-Men replaced those in Star Wars?
Star Wars and X-Men have captured (and still do) thousands of fans from different generations. Although they have quite different approaches - the first is a series of films with galactic wars, while the second is presented in comics and features genetically evolved humans - what would it be like if they "merged"?
With that in mind, artist Rey Arzeno took the lead cast from George Lucas's early trilogy and replaced it with mutants. In the picture you can see Gambit as Han Solo, Rogue as Princess Leia, Night as Luke Skywalker, Beast as Chewbacca, Mystic as Darth Vader and Sina as Emperor Palpatine.
To make the work even more complete, the artist titled the illustration “Kurt, I am your mother” and changed the names of the characters, creating Han LeBeau, Princess Leianna, Kurt Skywalker, Darth Holme, Coybacca and Empress Destitine. What did you think about the joke?
