Batman Crossover and Star Wars? Productions exchange fun images

The wildest dream of many is coming true behind the scenes of two major franchises today: a joke crossover between Batman and Star Wars .

It all started when Zack Snyder, director of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, posted, during Comic-Con, an image of the Man of Steel, Henry Cavill, dressed in Jedi and carrying a lightsaber.

Not satisfied with the joke, Snyder himself posted earlier this week, a new Twitter image: Batman and R2-D2, or "R2BIN, " as he himself wrote, in a barren landscape.

It was up to Clay Enos, who also works in the production of Batman v Superman, to reveal how the image above was made.

This Friday, the 8th, it was the other side's turn to respond. Bad Robot, the company behind JJ Abrams behind Star Wars: Episode VII, posted a striking image: C-3PO, wearing the Batman cape and, in the background, his "bat-signal".

“The C3PED CRUSADER, ” they wrote along with the image, matching the robot's name with one of Batman's codenames.

And you, did you enjoy this joke between the two productions?
