This guy used Photoshop to pose beside himself in childhood photos

Have you thought about how you are today to rediscover the child you once were? The childhood of each of us is really important, and it is no wonder we often find ourselves remembering situations and adventures that marked our early years in the world.

Montreal-based photographer Conor Nickerson has decided to make a bold, fun and nostalgic project. With his Photoshop skills, Nickerson simply recreated some of his favorite childhood photos - in one detail: he positioned his current images alongside the once-former boy.

He told Bored Panda that his work also involved a search for old clothes and accessories, so that his current photos could be contextualized with past scenes.

The hardest part, he said, was working on the quality of today's photos so that they looked like old images - he said he had to manipulate a lot of blur and sharpening issues. The work took a long time to get done, but the nostalgic photographer says it was worth the effort as soon as he saw the finished images. Check it out below and tell us what you think:
