Orgasm machine promises to push women to climax with just one button

Science always prepares us for many surprises, and one of the most recent is the "orgasm machine" created by Stuart Meloy - a North Carolina-based surgeon. According to what he tells the New Scientist website, his project could get women to climax with just one button - and some surgically applied electrical implants.

This system uses a very small device (smaller than a medicine box) that is used to trigger electrodes attached to the patient's spine. These electrodes cause the nerves to be stimulated and cause the desired orgasm. As we have said, implants occur through microsurgery, but without any sleep on her part.

Meloy states that the woman needs to be aware so that the surgeon can find the correct points in the spinal cord. After that, a signal generator can be attached to the system and implanted just below the skin - near the buttock region. The remote control can be activated at any time to cause the expected sensation.

According to the HuffingtonPost website, the doctor in charge of the system says the procedure is as invasive as implanting a pacemaker, so it should only be used in extreme cases. One of Meloy's recommendations is for couples who have been together for a long time and can no longer “make it happen” in the normal way.
