In 2009, Belgian Kimberley Vlaeminck got involved in a controversy over a simple tattoo: she claimed to have woken up from the session with 56 stars drawn on her face, in what would be a mistake by the tattoo artist. Three years later, repentant and still with the illustration, she confessed that this was indeed her request.

The girl lied to the press and parents that she had asked for only three stars, but would have fallen asleep and not avoided the application of the others. Now she seeks to raise about $ 26, 000 for a laser removal surgery, which can remove the entire design, but should not avoid marks on the face.

According to the Daily Mail, the tattoo artist, who confirmed his innocence in the story, does not say sorry for the feat, as he gained much publicity after appearing in the press.
