Woman who traveled to all countries of the world chooses her 10 favorites

In 2015, Cassandra de Pecol left the US state of Connecticut where she lives for a trip to 196 countries. As we have already shown here, she is an ambassador for an institution called the International Peace Institute, and at the time intended to be the first woman to set foot in every nation on the planet.

After 18 months and 26 days of travel, she has achieved the desired title and now gives lectures on developing travel projects and other hobbies. Certainly, after this incredible journey, the 27-year-old has accumulated enough knowledge to point out which 10 countries everyone should visit. Check out what they are:

10. United States

In an interview with the Telegraph, the native of Connecticut said the vibrant fall of the state of New England should be enjoyed by everyone at least once.

9. Costa Rica

The reason? "Monkeys, fresh fruits, good music and volcanoes ... Do I need to say more?" - she said.

8. Peru

Cassie, who once lived in the South American country, said Peruvian forests have become one of her 10 favorite places on Earth. Another place in the country that she suggests is Aguas Calientes, a small mountain town that is the gateway to Machu Picchu.

7. Tunisia

Experiencing North African culture with a Middle Eastern feel, as well as the wealth of archaeological heritage, made Tunisia an unforgettable place for her.

6. Oman

Knowing the lifestyle of the mountain-dwellers of this country's predominantly dry climate, situated in the middle of the desert, has given her a new insight into life in this part of the world.

5. Pakistan

The 4-month wait for visa approval paid off. She says she has had culturally enriching experiences in this nation, and that local cuisine is among the most fascinating she has ever tasted.

4. Vanuatu

Cassie reports that she has found some of the most hospitable people on this remote archipelago in Oceania on her journey and says she has tried kava - an endemic South Pacific island plant used in the rituals of local people.

3. Maldives

If there is a place closer to paradise for the girl, that title goes to the Maldives. The country sits on the Indian Ocean, south of India, and boasts crystal clear waters and some of the most spectacular shoals there are.

2. Bhutan

What struck Cassandra most in this small realm wedged in the Himalayan Range is her tranquility and the ease with which she was able to connect with her spiritual side.

1. Mongolia

It has no coastline, no global metropolises, and time goes by much slower than we are used to. Mongolia's almost primeval landscape, with wild horses riding freely and mountains framing the landscape, make this Asian nation the perfect destination for any trip.
