What this artist does with sheets of paper is just amazing

Canadian artist Ali Harrison has excelled thanks to an extremely delicate and poetic skill: basically, she cuts pieces of paper by hand so that they are shaped like parts of the human anatomy, and the result is simply impressive.

To be able to make each piece with such precision, Harrison begins by drawing the organs and then making each tiny cut in various shapes and patterns.

“I'm never sure what the piece will look like when I start, ” she explained, which takes up to 60 hours to complete an item. In addition to the handmade models, the artist works with laser cuts - then, in this case, she uses woodwork as well. Check out some pictures of her work below and then tell us what you think:
