Patricinha since the 1990s

I am 22 years old and I imagine that any woman of my generation watched “The Patriots of Beverly Hills” in childhood or adolescence. I don't remember when I first saw the movie, but I know that ever since I found out that Sony Spin is replaying episodes of the 1990s-inspired show, I've been addicted again.

With the original name "Clueless", the film was released in 1995 and was starring actress Alicia Silvertone, who played a very rich and popular 15-year-old girl named Cher. The plot revolves around the dates, outings, parties, and social and school life of Cher and Dionne, her best friend. From the movie were released books and the show (which I am watching again).

What struck me most about the movie was always Cher's clothes, and especially her wardrobe, which remains a consumer dream for me. For those who don't remember or don't know, Cher's wardrobe was all technological and showed the pieces and possible combinations of looks for each day on the computer screen, setting the look on Cher's body and still saying if the combination is good or do not. The wardrobe came true, but unfortunately, not yet for everyone and not for me.

But aside from remembering this show that marked millions of girls around the world, I wanted to share a video I found last week and loved it. All the looks Cher used in the movie were put together in a 60-second video. It makes you want to pause the video every second to pay attention to the pieces and try to guess the designer.

Alright it would be really tacky to go out in the street wearing any of those looks these days. But the feeling of nostalgia is amazing. Calvin Klein, Alaia, Fendi and more, used by a 15-year-old icon in the 1990s.
