Turkmenistan's president forbids them to use his photo to clean his ass

Do you know when you run into a bathroom to do number 2 and you don't notice that the toilet paper runs out? At these times, it is worth what I had ahead to do the hygiene: sock, shower or newspaper, the latter being the most traditional plan B. However, not everyone likes this practice ...

Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, president of Turkmenistan since 2006, learned that many people were deliberately using pictures of himself published in newspapers to wipe their backs and decided to take action: he put the police to inspect public and private toilets for evidence of this “despicable” act and liable to condemnation.

It would all have started with the investigation that students from two different schools would be tarnishing the president's image: in the first, the children would be stepping on pictures of Berdymukhammedov, while in the other the staff would have drawn mustaches and horns. Gradually it turned out that this was only the beginning, as many people decided to show their discontent by wiping their anus with newspapers imprinted on the politician's face.

Now the recommendation is to investigate if anyone else would be doing this. For now, only the principals of these schools and some civil servants have paid the price having been fired from their positions.

Forbidden black cars

But this is not the first time Berdymukhammedov has drawn attention with a bizarre attitude: Earlier this year, news circulated that the president had banned black cars from driving around the country, as he preferred the white ones. It's easy?

In Turkmenistan's capital, Ashgabat, dark vehicles have been banned from driving since January 1st! Those who tried ended up having the car seized and needing to sign a term that would paint it white so that it could be removed.
