'The Apprentice' Program will be run in 2019 with digital influencers only

The program “O Aprendiz”, originally aired in Brazil by TV Record and now owned by Band, will air again in 2019 and with its original host. Yes, Roberto Justus will be in front of the camera to present a new version of the business reality show that this time will only feature digital influencers.

“It will be the biggest link between the business world, open TV and the digital world and social networks, ” says Justus, who has signed a three-season deal. “It will be very interesting to see how these young people who dream of visibility and fortune behave in the business world.”

In a statement, Band revealed production details: 18 influencers of different profiles vie for the prize of $ 1 million. They will be chosen by the production of the program and by Spark, a company that specializes in influential marketing.

Recordings start on February 11th and the new season airs on March 2019

Within the broadcaster, the expectation is that the new features of the program renew their traditional format.

“Being able to bring together new Brazilian influencers in a major entrepreneurship dispute will bring even more dynamism, relevance and excitement to a hugely successful format, ” comments Band Patricio Diaz, TV content director.

Recording of the new season of "The Apprentice" begins on February 11 and the episodes will air in March.
