Known for films such as "Amnesia", "The Origin" and the Batman trilogy, Christopher Nolan may be about to direct a science fiction feature film. Although the director does not usually reveal his upcoming projects to the public, sources on The Hollywood Report indicate that he may be working on a story that involves time travel and alternative dimensions.

The project script, known as “ Interstellar, ” is being written by Jonathan Nolan, the director's brother. While few details of the story have been revealed, there is strong evidence that it will be inspired by physicist Kip Thorne's theories - although originally Steven Spielberg was set to take the helm, he should only act as one of the film's producers.

Apparently, the script should be ready soon, and production will be in charge of Warner Bros. and Paramount. Christopher Nolan's own Syncopy production studio must also be involved in the filmmaking process.
