R.Groove - Summer 2013

Fotosite / Press ReleaseFor summer 2013, the only all-male brand to parade at Fashion Rio, R.Groove, sought inspiration from a skate ride along the Rio de Janeiro seafront. Rique Groove, the designer of the brand, bet on a well-built and modern tailoring, with some more fashionista bets for men's wardrobe.

The highlight was the pattern of coconut trees, which are slightly blurred as if the viewer were in motion. Maybe skateboarding. The sets, which have been in women's lockers for more than a season, appeared for men, in shorts and shirts with the same pattern and print. About the colors, the brand got the most sober shades like blue, beige, off-white and black or warm and glaring colors like orange and red.

The shorts are below the knees, the button-down shirts have no collars, the blazers appear sleeveless or sometimes longer than usual, the pants are shorter, and the parkas have multiple utility pockets. Some looks have a face in pajamas, always emphasizing comfort and informality.

Although the main material used is linen, knitting mixed with metallic or transparent threads also appears, as well as knitting. As accessories, purse holders, towel racks or purses with sporting characteristics.
