10 little known natural beauties

The internet has made it possible to know a multitude of places in the world easily and without leaving home. Of course the experience is not the same, but it was necessary to be lucky enough to buy a magazine talking about the localities.

In this list, we have gathered 10 places with natural beauty not so well known, but worth further research and perhaps even a trip to meet in person.

1. Erg Chebbi, Morocco

Ergues is what they call dune clusters, and this one, located in Morocco, is one of the two largest in the Sahara desert in the region. The stunning look of the sands in the wind can make it look like you're in another world. They extend for 22 kilometers, and some reach up to 150 meters in height. Local people believe that the sands of this region have properties to cure physical pain, so do not be alarmed if you find people buried with their heads sticking out.

2. Bryce Canyon, USA

When it comes to canyon and US, we soon think of the Grand Canyon and its massive exposure in films and series produced there. They are right to disclose this natural beauty, after all it is really impressive, but Canyon Brice is a place not so well known and not to be missed. Despite the name, the formation is made up of a plethora of natural amphitheaters, generated by cold weather and erosion caused by water. In the scientific world, these structures are also known as fairy chimneys.

3. Brazilian Pantanal

In some cases left out of the list of natural world beauty, this Brazilian region has a biological diversity worthy of envy to many places in the world. Home to jaguars, capybaras, giant otters and giant anteaters, the place is a full plate for those who love to appreciate nature and all its splendor.

4. Ostional Beach, Costa Rica

This is one of the few places in the world where olive turtles nest. When the time comes, hundreds of them invade the beaches and provide a separate show for those in the area.

5. Blue Lagoon, Iceland

This pond looks nothing like the one in the movie. It has geothermally heated water (by a thermoelectric power plant), with an average temperature of 38 ° C, which is reputed for its medicinal properties. Access is not restricted, but hygiene standards are strict; so if you want to get into it, you have to take a shower in the shared restroom available.

6. La Luna Valley, Chile

Arriving here, you will feel on another planet. The colors and textures of the terrain are very reminiscent of those of our natural satellite, but are formed by wind and water. As if the resemblance was no longer enough, dry lakes simulate craters perfectly, living up to the name of Valley of the Moon.

7. Colca Valley, Peru

These canyons are twice as deep as famous US relatives, while still maintaining the same form of farmland layout used before the Incas. In addition to the various archaeological sites and cultural attractions, the region also has spas offering baths in the region's groundwater.

8. Wai-O-Tapu

One more thermal nook on the list, but this one is in New Zealand. In a 3 hour walk, you can witness the beauties of geysers and lakes with incredible colors, such as the “champagne” shown in the photo above. In addition to mud pools, longer hiking trails are available, challenging the most adventurous tourists.

9. Jiuzhaigou Valley

The name Jiuzhaigou, in Chinese, means nine villages and baptized the place by the existence of this number of centers in the region. The whole valley looks like the photo above: beautiful rivers and lakes, always surrounded by ice-covered elevations.

10. Tsingy from Bemaraha, Madagascar

In the local dialect, Tsingy is the name given to these incredible limestone formations that reach up to 100 meters in height. The region is also known for the well-preserved mangrove swamp and the large lemur population.
