Barrigada wins official competition in Norway

In Olympics, there is nothing better than discussing which sports should be included in the competition. Four years from now in Tokyo, sports like surfing and skateboarding will finally be part of official competitions, but we at Mega Curioso will miss a serious fight for the best belly of all.

The joke already has an "official" championship taking place in Oslo, Norway, called Dødsing - something that could be translated as "Dying." And no wonder: the guys jump from a great height and give a belly of respect in the pool below! It hurts just watching the video! Press play above.

According to the organizers, Oslo has a tradition in this sport, which has been practiced since the late 1960s. The boys of the time used to make bellies as a way of impressing girls in swimming pools and also to challenge "real" divers, as they diving competitions have very strict rules.

Thus, Dødsing would be a Norwegian-born counterculture that now takes on more official airs. The only rule is to impress the jury by jumping from a height of 10 meters and falling on your stomach in the water. Ilya Zakharov, the current Olympic diving champion on Russia's 3-meter trampoline, made a nasty mistake on Tuesday (16) and fell headfirst into the water, clearing his grades and being disqualified from the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. He can claim he was just training for the next Dødsing, don't you think? Check out the cardboard:

What a fiasco, huh Ilya Zakharov?
