The novelty is the result of a partnership of the musical ensemble with the advertising agency JWT and consists of a motor that is powered by urine - as described in the flowchart above.

Several special urinals will be made available by the trio's route in the city of Rio de Janeiro in order to collect the pee. Then the flow of urine is used as a kind of force channel to move the urinal dynamo, which turns the yellow liquid into energy itself. This energy is stored in the batteries that are used to sustain the sound of the festive vehicle.

The unprecedented initiative at the Brazilian Carnival aims to reduce the problem of stench and avoid arrests caused by the blatant urination of the street (yes, this is a crime!).
