Chiquinha is Netflix's new poster girl for 'Stranger Things'

The second season of "Stranger Things" debuts on Netflix in less than 2 weeks and, to start the heat, the streaming service decided to put a famous character from decades past to promote the series. She was best known for her cry in the series "Chaves, " and, as expected, opened the scream in the new series' promotional video.

We are talking, of course, about Chiquinha, who took the place of Eleven in Dr. Martin Brenner's experiments. She gets into the tank, gets trapped, goes into the Upside Down world and has some amazing powers. The curious thing is that Chiquinha is actually 9.2. That is, it went through all this before Eleven (11).

Anyway, this is not the first time that Netflix has put famous characters to promote their original series. Valesca Popozuda and Inês Brasil have been to Lichfield Women's Prison to announce the fifth season of "Orange Is The New Black", for example.
