Belt attached to mom's belly allows dad to feel baby's kicks

Although men can be very participative during a woman's pregnancy, some feelings are unique to mothers, such as feeling the kick of babies inside the belly. In an unprecedented action, Ogilvy & Mather of Argentina created a way to make parents also have this opportunity and thrilled to imagine what it would be like to have their children inside their bellies.

The project, which required intensive research, was developed for the Huggies diaper brand and resulted in two types of belts that should be worn by both mothers and fathers simultaneously. Babies' movements were captured by the sensors on their mothers' bodies and turned into a similar pressure on their parents' bellies. Despite the success of the promotional video, the product will not be marketed.
