InterNations is a worldwide network of people living under these conditions, having to learn local traditions and customs from the countries in which they live and work. With a strong expatriate base, InterNations asked 14, 000 people to complete a questionnaire evaluating 43 life aspects of their new countries, ranking from 1 to 7.

They are people of 174 different nationalities, who currently live in 191 countries or territories. They answered questions about the leisure options the new country offers, their individual happiness in living there, as well as health, safety, transportation and more. 10. Switzerland

Health, education and employment opportunities are the most appealing attractions in Switzerland, reaching the elite of expatriates. However, the rising cost of living meant that the country did not occupy an even higher position.
