Marvel at 20 of the most spectacular panoramic images of 2017
You may have realized that we here at Mega Curioso are photography fans - so much so that we are always sharing with our readers the stories behind iconic images and clicks that are competing or have been awarded in contests taking place around the world. For today we will show here some of the portraits that were selected during the popular competition Epson International Cloth Awards, focused on panoramic photos.
But before you see the pictures, let us talk a little bit about the contest! According to Rich Haridy of New Atlas, the first edition of the competition took place in 2009 and since then it has only gained prestige. This year, the Epson International Cloth Awards received over 5, 000 photographs from 71 different countries - and the big winner was Jesús M. García, with the click of the beautiful sunset in China you can see below:
However, as there was no shortage of beautiful images among the participants - which were divided into a category aimed only at professional photographers and one for amateurs - we decided to put together some of the most impressive for you to check out. Look:
