These 6 Attitudes Are The Best You Can Have About Your Body

Unsurprisingly, people go to the gym, eat sweet potatoes, get up early, and pay health plans - when there is some money left, of course - for the same reason, which is basically the desire to live longer and better. The Huffington Post has put together a series of advice given by doctors who have chosen some attitudes that guarantee the good health of our body. It is worth checking:

1 - Do not think of physical activities as physical activities.

Doctor Dr. Brian Wansink conducted an interesting study. He and his team took two groups of people for a walk: one of the groups was told that he was going to do physical activity; the other was called otherwise, which was more attractive and fun. Then everyone went to lunch.

At dessert time, people in the group that took the walk as a recreational activity ate 35% less dessert than the other group. The reason? When we think of physical activity as physical activity rather than fun, we tend to want a reward later.

If you have music, even better. =)

2 - Eat dark chocolate

Look what a good thing! The idea here is to kill that uncontrollable urge we sometimes have to eat that sweet little thing. It is best to bet on a real dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. This type of chocolate has flavonols that are good for heart health. What's more, it contains little sugar and leaves you energized as it is rich in caffeine.

Ok, challenge accepted.

3 - Moisturize Your Skin With Vitamin C Creams

Vitamin C is known to prevent skin damage, especially damage to collagen production. Ideally, look for a product that has 10% vitamin C and ensure that the cream package is stored in an environment away from heat and moisture, so that vitamin C does not oxidize and lose its effect.

Vitamin C in it!

4 - Meditate

Doctor Dr. Hebert Benson may have the solution for all people who have given up on meditation because they cannot "empty their heads." For him, that is not the point. In fact, Dr. Benson explains that the key to being able to meditate is to stay focused on just one thing that seems relaxing.

“To me, it's the word 'soft' because it invokes all kinds of calm images like running water and beach scenery. Once I began to focus on that word, my mind began to clear. Now I can meditate for up to 15 minutes, ”said neurosurgeon Sanjay Gupta.

What word would you choose?

5 - Eat vegetables before other foods

It is common that when we set up our lunch plate we put the vegetables as side dishes and that from time to time they are not even eaten. The secret is to consume them before the other foods on the plate - this will make you eat less calories as well.

They are beautiful and healthy.

6 - Make sleep a priority

Many studies that link lack of sleep to the onset of heart disease have shown us that sleeping less than six hours a night is a practice that increases the chances of heart problems and stroke. "I know it can be hard to get a good night's sleep, but I have the priority of sleeping at least seven hours, even if it means going to the gym for some mornings, " said cardiologist Tara Narula.
