Mysterious structures are spotted in the Gobi Desert by Google Maps

You have heard of the Gobi Desert, right? It spans north and northwest of China and part of Mongolia, and occupies an area of nearly 1.3 million square kilometers - meaning the desert occupies about the size of Pará! Because of its location and vastness, the Gobi is not a much-visited place, so it turns and moves, some conspiracy theory comes up with it.

Intriguing

Although the Gobi Desert is not what we might call a tourist hub, everyone knows that our planet is overseen - and there are satellites that live by capturing images of everything that is nooks and crannies of the Earth's surface. Because in some of them weird structures were discovered in a remote area of the desert and, according to Brett Tingley of Mysterious Universe, there are some guys thinking that they would be some sort of "Area 51 of China." See below:

Intriguingly, don't you agree? According to Brett, the images were shared on YouTube by thirdphaseofmoon folks - it was this gang that came up with the Chinese Area 51 talk - and among the proposed theories they are saying the structures could be a secret military base, an airport and to a possible space installation. However, despite the speculation cast by the channel, no one has a remote idea of what such structures represent. Check out another:

What can be seen is that in the first case the image appears to show intersecting airstrips forming two huge “X's” with some buildings in the vicinity - but there does not appear to be any aircraft in the area. Already in the above register, the formation seems to be composed of concentric circles and, in the center of them, it is possible to see airplanes. In the following video, shared by the staff of thirdphaseofmoon, you can see both records in greater detail:

Obviously, the Chinese government has not commented on the case - and based on previous similar situations, we know it will not give any explanation, especially if the structures are really some kind of military or defense facility. But the people watching the video have throbbed a lot, and among the theories presented are that the circular structure could be a type of Chinese Stonehenge and that these sites would serve as a testing ground for anti-aircraft systems or other weapons. And you, dear reader, would like to share your guess?
